| Posted: Job Responsibilities - Set and achieve production targets within approved schedules and budgets - Manage the expenditure of operating and capital budgets, ensuring an efficient and cost effective operation - Manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities for all staff - Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures, assess and monitor work load and identify opportunities for improvement and implement improvements - Select, train, motivate and evaluate staff and provide or co-ordinate staff training - Promote a culture of awareness and commitment to safe working practices amongst all employees, which will enable a healthy and accident-free working environment. - Responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing the operations technical knowledge base - Ensure that employees have the level of skill and expertise relative to their respective position - Willing to travel extensively/ live in Balochistan The successful candidate MUST have the following prerequisite skills and qualifications: - Minimum 10 years experience in mineral processing - Be hands-on and technically competent with a mining related/ engineering background - A Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field - Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, Urdu, Sindhi
