Credit Accountant (Riyadh)

The Credit Accountant is responsible for Credit Management and collection functions in the region, performing all financial and management accounting functions related to his area of operations, preparing, processing and generating reports while ensuring strict compliance with financial policies and procedures of the company. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting with any specially certified in accounting. - Experience 3-5 years in FMCG Company or any Whole Sales/Retailer distribution company. - PC literate with MS Excel & word, Experienced ERP background will be advantage & proactive, with analytical and interpretation skills, efficient organiser and coordinator, professional. - English Knowledge should be very good in Speaking & Writing. Key Accountabilities: - Follow-up for Renewal Credit & Cash Rental Contracts from his region before 2 months from the expiry. Also he has to analyze Rental Contracts. - Audit & Reconcile the operation & reports for the Customer in the system to insure the accuracy of information - Funds Collection > Follow & Share collection with the collectors > Make plan for collectors to submit monthly statement of Account with the analyze report of due collections. > Visit customers periodically. > Enter all collections in the system, and should follow-up for cheques acceptance in the bank. - Follow-up to complete the required documents as per the company credit facility whenever open new credit customer. - Balance Confirmation & Reconciliation with the customers and identifies the variance and should make required adjustment in the system with proper documents - Preparing Reports for the customers in his region (Collection, Rental, & Growth comparison) as per the Net Sales Movement & % of rental agreed in the contract. - Checking the Pricing keys in the system for the customers and have proper document for all special prices. - Define all the credit customers in the region who don't have official stamp to request them to issue a official letter to authorize persons to sign & receive the invoices Salary & Compensation (Monthly): Basic Salary: SR 3,500 - SR 5,000 depending on the qualifications Housing: 25% of Basic Salary Transportation: 10% of Basic Salary Contract Duration: 1 Year (renewable) Annual Vacation: 30 days Air Tickets: Round trip economy class ticket to the country of origin (deserve at the end of the contract)
