| Accounts & Finance Officer (Lahore) Posted: Under-mentioned is the job description for Accounts/Finance Executive: 1) He/she should be responsible for the preparation of Accounts of SBPL; 2) Preparation of bank reconciliation statements; 3) Managing the Accounts officers so they do timely posting in General Ledger and Accounts payable along with proper supporting documents; 4) Ensuring that the utility bill details are timely prepared every month and posted in General Ledger; 5) Ensuring that the consolidated lease payment schedule is prepared so the lease instalments are timely paid; 6) Preparing the schedule of Financial Charges for each bank account on daily basis and reconciling it with the Financial Charges in Bank statement; 7) Weekly Cash budgeting so treasury management function can be made effective, like how much balance should be kept in which account to minimise the transaction costs finance charges; 8) Timely Preparation of statutory statements; 9) Proper Management of payable function and ensuring that only the invoices that have receiving or acknowledgement of receipt and services get paid; 10) Centralised data maintenance; and 11) Payroll Management
