| Posted: A reputable construction company based in Dubai is seeking to recruit candidates for the following positions: Lead Estimator Requirements: - Over 10 years of experience, including minimum 6 years estimation experience, with experience focused on major developments in the MENA region. A presentable person with a strong personality who is capable of defending their estimate and negotiating/ reaching agreements with partners. - Lead and manage the investigation, coordination and preparation of bid proposals within the prescribed time limits. - Assume overall estimate preparation responsibility including developing specific constructions methods. - Estimation of indirect & direct costs from basic principles. - Knowledge of estimation software preferred. - Participate in risk assessments and collate input into final proposals. - Participate in commercial and technical negotiations with partners and clients. - Fluency in English is a must.
