| Posted: Collection Officer (Ref.: COON/ Dubai) Salary: AED 8,000 Negotiating payments/ settlement of accounts, contacting clients for outstanding payments, evaluating debtors' intent and ability to pay outstanding arrears, liaising with clients and providing advice on collection matters, following up with clients on a monthly basis by sending statements of accounts, reconciling accounts, accurate and timely reporting, and completing detailed and informative notes on file, maintaining portfolios of the Account Executives and Directors, scheduling fortnightly meetings with Account Executives for follow-up.
