| Off Shore Payroll Manager (Karachi) Posted: Key Responsibilities: - Carryout activities related to Payroll, Organization Development and HR Policies & Procedure - Ensure timely induction of staff - Initiate & supervise Performance Appraisal - Develop and supervise automated financial processes to interpret, update and provide information about assigned funds. - Organize and prepare payroll related documents, including pay invoices, stop payments and worker's compensation checks. - Arrange trainings, workshops, seminars and workshops for skill up-gradation of employees. - Manage all grievances and full & final settlements according to company policies and procedures. Job Specifications: (Experience, Skills & Qualifications Details) - MBA – HRM - Certification from professional HR body would be an added advantage - 6-8 years of total experience and at least 5 years experience of managing a full fledge payroll activities - Experience of having worked for a Software / IT firm would be a major plus - Strong know-how of various HR tools and familiar with Appraisals / MBOs / OD / TNAs / Payroll/Taxation/ UK Labour Laws - Thorough know-how of operational Payroll coupled with HRIS operations - Candidate must have exposure to UK (MUST)
