| Divisional Head Civil & Infrastructure Projects (Oman) Posted: A large business group in Oman with diversified business interests is looking for a dynamic techno-commercial professional, with a proven track record, to head the 'Civil & Infrastructure Projects' division of the Group. JOB This is a senior management position with complete accountability from Concept to Completion of Civil projects which will include Tendering, Engineering, Design, Estimation, Procurement, Execution and Commissioning. Setting up strategic alliances & partnerships, identifying technology / equipment suppliers, negotiation of contracts and liaising with the Ministries & Clients will form part of the job. The incumbent shall be responsible for optimal utilization of project resources, reviews with all stake holders and meeting of project milestones. He should be able to lead and motivate a team of qualified Engineers and support staff, with strict adherence to budgetary guidelines as well as quality and safety standards. QUALIFICATION Civil Engineering Degree from a reputed Institute / University. A Management Degree will be an added advantage. EXPERIENCE Around 30 years, out of which at least 5 years should be in a similar position, with a large, reputed organization handling top management responsibilities. The candidate should have handled large Civil projects like high-rise buildings, Commercial and Industrial complexes, Malls, Showrooms, Residential complexes, Hospitals and hospitality projects. Should have in-depth knowledge of EPC Contracts, Engineering, MEP building systems, BOQ estimation / cost estimation, HSE requirements, etc. AGE 50 - 55 years. EMOLUMENTS This is a top Management position offering an excellent compensation package and exciting growth prospects. Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
