| Human Resources Officer (Bahrain) Posted: Mohamed Adbulrahman Al-Bahar, the Caterpillar Dealer in Bahrain requires a young and competent HR professional with the following qualifications. Human Resources Officer Qualifications: - University Degree in HR/ Business Administration or equivalent - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations, general administration and Labour law. - Computer skills (MS Word & Excel). Experience in Oracle payroll system will be an advantage. - Must be proactive and have excellent inter-personal skills, and be able to deal with a multi-national work force. - Good communication skills in English - both written and spoken.
