| Human Resources Director (Abu Dhabi) Posted: HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR (UAE National) Salary: AED 60,000 - 80,000 Per Month We are currently looking for an experienced UAE National HR Director. The candidate should currently be living in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi, or willing to travel to Abu Dhabi and have experience working for a large local company or multinational company. You must have experience in all areas of HR such as recruitment and selection, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and advising line managers on HR and employee relations as well as succession planning, organisational development, initiating and supporting business changes through flexible HR solutions. The ideal candidate must have at least ten years experience working within a similar position, be fluent in English, Western educated and possess a business related Degree, CIPD or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
