| Chief Operating Officer (Islamabad) Posted: Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) is an innovative model of public-private partnership and the lead apex institution of the country responsible for developing retail capacity and outreach of private sector/civil society organizations engaged in the challenge of poverty reduction, PPAF seeks applications for the position of Chief Operating Officer. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the position requires a leadership role in the management of operations through sector knowledge with a focus on grass root/community driven approach. The responsibilities will include coordination of diverse operations including enterprise development; community led small infrastructure, social mobilization, livelihood, social protection, institutional development and health/education. The position requires extensive interaction at local, national and international levels. Applicants with at least masters or equivalent qualifications with 10 years relevant experience in the development sector will be considered.
