| Posted: General Function 1. Supervise the overall functions of the shift / Warehouse. 2. Ensure it is well equipped with resources with competent manpower. 3. Well maintained equipment to provide services to Sales and to be coordination point between all departments and warehouse personnel. Monthly Activities 1. Clear monthly end inventory for respective warehouse, with full realized justification for variances if any. 2. Issue monthly reports on KPI's, shipment, expiry product Vs dispatch product and slow moving. 3. Arrange for timely expired food returning to concerning locations. Daily Activities 1. Follow-up on Pending Orders for shipments for all regions and channels. 2. Ensure all the daily and monthly reports are issued accurately and on time. 3. Follow-up on the shift / warehouse activities if it is followed according the procedure and company's policies. 4. Convey all information of new SKU launch or new promotion to all store keepers, Dispatch in charge and Forklift operators. 5. Track KPI reports and reason out any deviation from the targets and take appropriate measures to avoid errors. 6. Ensure all work equipments are used in proper manner, maintained properly and functioning to is maximum capacity. 7. Track freshness of products by making sure that all FEFO (First Expiry First Out) procedures are followed. 8. Ensure all FG received, checked well and stacked as per FEFO concept. 9. Maintain the method of empty crates tracking and be sure of following. 10. Ensure all Sales Orders are shipped within the stipulated day. 11. Ensure all the returns expired stock and empty crates returned by salesman are recorded, and be sure of facilitate the arranging of daily received expiry to finance to count and give permission of dispose. 12. Follow-up on the Inventory process tracking, physical count and reporting of inventory variance and stock updating. 13. Make awareness of handle with care, hygiene and staking conditions for all related tram. 14. Fully & ideally utilization for warehouse equipments. 15. Conduct coordination / update meeting amongst all warehouse personnel. Education 1. Holding a degree in Commerce, Finance or Technical studies. 2. Qualification in supply chain / warehousing management. Skills 1. A self motivated person with the ability to identify, initiate and implement corrective actions. 2. Highly effective communication and negotiation skills. 3. Strong analytical skills. 4. Apply flexible thinking while problem solving in a systematic manner. 5. Functional understanding and working under pressures. 6. Good English (spoken and written). 7. Can lead a time contains from different mentality & nationalities. Experience Minimum two years in supply chain role with experience in cross-functional positions preferably in FMCG business.
