Due to continued growth, there is now a need to add an experienced Contracts Manager to tie team. The successful candidate will currently be holding a similar position within a leading developer or project management consultancy. Amongst other duties, you will be responsible for interpreting all contractual agreements in the context of timelines, cost and other parameters and advise the project management team on contractual rights and obligations. To be considered for this role, you will hold a Degree in quantity surveying or law and have in excess of 12 years industry experience. You will have spent at least the past eight years working for a project management consultancy or developer.
