| Posted: Branch Manager - Abu Dhabi Position Objective; The job holder will be responsible for meeting direct sales revenue targets by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting at new business opportunities Position Responsibilities; - Lead, manage and monitor operation and sales performance of the region - Set up sales target, plan, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the target and profitability of the branch - Hire, lead and motivate sales force to achieve sales target - Ensure proper, accurate and timely submissions of all reports on sales Selection Criteria; - Degree holder in marketing, business management, insurance or other similar qualifications - Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in managing sales team out which at least 5 years with insurance or takaful industry - Sound knowledge of takaful/insurance products (Life, Medical and General classes) - Strong organizational ability and good leadership skills - Proven track Deadline; The deadline for receipt of all applications is 28th April 2011 Due to a high level of interest, only short listed candidates will be notified.
