| Posted: 1. Developing and implementing marketing programs like promotions, package deals, offers, price offs, product launches etc. for the internal marketing and sales force and retail staff. 2. Developing & implementing strategies to develop business in the Education Segment targeting universities and other educational institutions. 3. Developing all POS material like product brochures, flyers, posters etc. for all marketing programs & sales promotions. 4. Developing business from parallel segments like parlours, boutiques, households etc. 5. Conducting a cost/benefit analysis of all promotions and offers and updating the management on the same. 6. Making power point presentations on all marketing programs and initiatives inclusive of the concept, mechanics, cost, estimated sales and execution to the management and other marketing and sales persons. 7.
