Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager, Finance.



Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible to review & monitor preparation and utilization of operating and capital budgets for Faculty of Health Sciences, Pakistan and international nursing initiatives; prepare cost-benefit analysis of all new academic programs proposed by the University from time to time. S/he will be responsible for conducting strategic reviews and give recommendations to increase overall efficiency, identify and recommend solutions to operational issues with fiscal impact and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. S/he will also be responsible to work effectively in the team environment with emphasis to facilitate completion of tasks.

Requirements
Master’s in Business Administration preferably in Finance or CMA qualified;
3 to 4 years management experience in a health care organization;
Sound knowledge of basic financial management principles;
Excellent analytical skills and an effective team player;
Excellent people skills; able to work effectively under pressure;
Exemplary interpersonal communication and report writing skills;
Proficiency in computers especially MS Office.
