The Business Development Manager BPO (Business Process Outsource) shall be responsible for providing management consulting advice/services to our clients such as; senior level presentations, feedback/focus group facilitation, trainings, report writing etc. The individual shall be working on projects in pipeline as well as new opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a background in HR-BPO business with expertise in people management, HR business operations, consultation services etc. Required Skills, Abilities and Talents: - Drive new HR business through customer interaction/ relationships, networking, etc. - Increase and sell HR management consulting services - Conducting business development presentations and conference calls to prospective clients and current clients - Ability to interact with senior level management - Answer customer inquiries, qualifying potential clients on actual needs - Write clear and detailed client communications including emails, business development, etc. - Write tailored proposals and pitch letters/policies/drafts when required - Create and proof sales presentations in PowerPoint for HR business - Ability to effectively interact with top executives, middle management, and technical staff. Requirements: - A degree in HR or Business Administration Sound knowledge of HRM and HR best practices (Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Psychology, or related field preferred) - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity - Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) - Must have excellent interpersonal and people management skills and a Positive attitude.


Incharge Housekeeping (Islamabad)

Hotel housekeeper is responsible for keeping guest rooms clean. He is also responsible for providing clean linen and bedding, vacuuming and removing trash. In addition to cleaning, housekeepers will also provide extra linen by the request. They will also perform a thorough cleaning after guests have checked out of the hotel. Perform daily opening and closing of housekeeping. Check rooms inventory, assigned rooms to housekeeping staff. Inspect rooms and public areas thorough throughout entire hotel. Complete reports, verified status reports, reported status of all assigned rooms to front Desk. Ensure highest productivity and efficiency in housekeeping operations. Provide excellent customer service (internal & external), and maintained good knowledge of hotel services, operations, local areas and attractions, etc. Provide training to new employees. Skills Required: Good Communication skills or English or Urdu Previous Housekeeping experience preferred JCO Retired Army officer will be preferred Hard work and punctual Time management skills
