Kabot International Pvt. Ltd, an offshore Development Center for Kabot System USA, is looking for an HR Manager. The company is looking for a veteran from the IT Industry possessing at least 1 years’ experience as an HR Manager in a similar venture.

The Candidate’s Job Description will include, but is not limited to the following:
- Formulating HR Policies and Strategies while in coordination with the Management
- Complete Management of the Employee Recruitment Process
- Coordinating Orientation Programs for New Employees
- Analysis of other Training Needs in coordination with the Management
- Coordinating the Execution of Employee Benefit Management Strategy
- Maintaining Employee HR Policy Compliance Records
- Coordinating Employee Performance Review Sessions
- Resolution of any conflicts related to HR Matters on a daily basis
- Maintaining Employee Records and Documents
The candidate must possess good communication skills, be highly motivated and be able to think out-of-the-box to provide solutions in high pressure situations. Existing Relationships in the IT Industry are a definite plus.
The Candidate Must Possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a relevant Major. An MBA Degree Specializing in HR will be preferred.
