Experience: Minimum 3 years
Key Deliverables:
Prepare and implement production plan as per supply chain requirement.
To be aware about the quality standards and responsible to produce quality products.
Be aware about the spoilage standard and responsible to reduce up to the minimum level.
Responsible to prepare daily production report.
Responsible to record the machine stoppages and material waste.
Responsible to withdrawal materials from store as per production plan.
Responsible for the stock counts at the end of each period.
Responsible to implement quality pre-requisite in the department and coordinate with the concerned department in case of any gap.
Responsible to issue transfer note to finish good store.
Professional Skills:
Time Management – Organized and effective.
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
Strong people management and communication skills.
