Eligibility Criteria

• Up to 45 years of age • Between 8 -10 years of branch banking experience with at least 3 years in a similar role

Job Summary

Responsible for overall control and supervision of all branch activities/ operations inclusive of deposit mobilization, cross selling bank¿s products, commercial advances, customer services, budget management, compliance, control and people issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and operational activities of the branch, meet all assigned targets and keep expenses within budget limits. • Support implement new business initiatives and generate new revenue sources for the bank and achieve product wise allocated deposit targets. • To retain existing customer by taking a calculated risk within the policy. • Cater to diversified needs of customers by providing them customized solutions
