Role:
§ Prepares all drilling programs, in coordination with relevant service contractors to ensure company standards and procedures are followed;
§ Casing design, mud design, cement design, Bit program, and hydraulic program;
§ Prepares equipments forecasting, load out list
§ Cost estimation of Drilling and Completion programs;
§ Prepares completion programs in coordination with reservoir engineers, geologists and relevant service contractors
§ Prepare, estimate and manage contracts budget, AFE
§ Witness critical field jobs (cementing, stimulations, perforations, fracturing, flow tests)
§ Collects and analyze offset well data and performing economical analysis
§ Recommend solution to solve critical situations;
§ Enter drilling data into drilling data base; Saudi national is prefered

Desired Profile : Employer: LUKOIL Saudi Arabia Energy Ltd.Experience: A minimum of 5 years of work as a Drilling Engineer with leading companies. Education: Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering degree with drilling engineering experience is recommended. Qualifications: Must be experienced at well designing; cost estimation and analysis, designing or contributing to the design of casing strings and cementing plans, directional drilling plans, drilling fluids programs, and drilling string and bit programs.
