Requirement:
-Computer Engineer
-MCSA & CCNA would be a plus.
-Must be able to identify harware and network issues.
-Must be able to handle different external vendors and internal employees independently.
-Must be able to work on Cisco,HP & Microsoft Server. (Having experience would be a plus).
The person should be able to handle in-house Desktop Support Services having expertise in installing & troubleshooting hardware issues, Windows XP, Windows 7, Server 2008 & Antivrus Server. The person should also be able to configure Cisco & HP equipments.
