Quantity Surveyor/Civil Supervisor - Qatar Urgently required for a big foreign company Quantity Surveyor/Civil Supervisor
Duties and responsibilities:
- To establish quantity take off for all civil & building works as per approved drawings and methods of evaluation and measurements.
- To prepare and submits items and corresponding quantities to input in the system by Planning Department.
- To update BOQ in order to incorporate in the system.
- Preparations & monitoring of daily progress report.
- Checking and commenting of weekly progress to be submitted to Planning Department.
- Updating drawings and all related documents.
- Monitoring daily works activities at site.
- Checking and monitoring safety procedures at site.
- Coordinate with the Consortium Civil Department for monitoring of daily activities carried out in correct reference drawing implemented.
- Perform other related functions as assigned by the Discipline Superintendent.
