| Chief Operating Officer (Bahrain) Posted: Responsibilities: - Ensure all resources of the company are effectively coordinated to produce good quality products and efficiently manage all areas of operation (production, warehouse, procurement, sales, IT and HR) - Required to be highly strategic & dynamic and formulate business plans to work within a tough environment of high competition - Ensure lean cost structure, maximum efficiency levels, and ability to identify and reduce waste in all respects, and strengthen operating systems - Responsible for above and below the line performance of the company in line with the budget & Business Plan approved by the Board - Implement structured reporting to the Board on a monthly/ quarterly basis to exhibit company's operation, growth and future developments and its performance in terms of KPIs and other objectives - To work in a multi-cultural environment Qualifications: - MBA with a Commercial and Finance, and/or Engineering background - Minimum of 10 years senior general management role in a manufacturing and/or distribution set-up - Ability to work under pressure and deal with volume of work when required
