Ensure that community (IDPs & host) are mobilized and adequately informed regarding hygiene and health issues related to water supply, sanitation, transmission routes of waterborne diseases, safe waste disposal. 2. Supervise and train selected community activists on Hygiene and Sanitation related issues. 3. Develop training materials and modules. 4. Plan, implement, monitors and evaluates the training of selected community activists. 5. Develop & manage day-to-day scheduling of local activists and monitor their individual performance. 6. Responsible for proper identification of sites and needy community regarding hardware activities. 7. Ensure the proper use of hardware facilities according to health and hygiene principles. 8. Mobilize and train the community to have proper record of each hardware and software activities at community level. 9. Mobilize and train the community for repair and maintenance of hardware facilities. 10. Closely coordinate with technical staff responsible for construction of water & sanitation structures. 11. Report all the activities to senior hygiene officer in a timely manner. 12. Developing Water management committees and train those as a TOT for further training of the beneficiaries. 13. Keep proper documentation/record of all assigned activities in hard and soft form at office level. 14. Any Other duty related to job assigned by supervisor according to IRC policy
