Quantity Surveyor - Saudi Arabia Maju Holding LLC, Malaysian-Saudi Company is in search of qualified & well experienced Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Contract:
- Preparing budgets.
- Ensuring project executed within the cost and budget approved.
- Preparing Tender Document.
- Preparing Request for Proposal.
- Preparing the pre-tender estimate as required during tender process. Detail knowledge and experience in preparing in C&S and Electromechanical.
- Be part of the evaluation team in evaluating the tender documents (technical and commercial).
- Involve in the negotiation process and preparing the letter of award either for the Consultant or Contractor.
Post-Contract:
- Be part of the team to assist the Project Manager in managing the project.
- Arranging and conducting site valuation together with the Client, Consultant and Contractor.
- Preparing payment certificate.
- Preparing Instructions, Variation Works and negotiation with the contractor & client on the V.O works.
- Preparing Anticipated Cost Report (ACR).
- Preparing Monthly report (financially).
- Preparing Contract Documents.
- Preparing final account.
- Attending to contractual matters.
- Prepare Cost Analysis upon award of contract.
Others:
- Assist in preparing estimate for other projects.
- Assist in preparing V.Os for other projects.
- Preference would be for QS with C&S and electromechanical project experience.
Requirements:
- A well recognized Degree in Quantity Surveyor
- Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in related field
- Excellent knowledge and understanding in the various aspects of construction industry
- Significant knowledge of project management processes, methods, & standards
- Must be a team member to assist the team to a success project
- Must possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to communicate in both Arabic & English
