Retail Channel Supervisor required by BMMI Group. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the primary focus of your role will be to lead the Retail Channel Sales Team to achieve their growth, revenue and profit objectives by initiating, developing and maintaining genuine business relationships with existing and potential channel partners, and by Negotiating the yearly contractual agreements and follow through on their execution. You will also be required to plan and implement strategic channel development and expansion activities to achieve overall sales, distribution and Development objectives. Requirements: - You must be a University graduate with in-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry and the Key Account market in Bahrain. - Fluency in spoken and written English is essential - Minimum of three years experience in a supervisory role and proven success in managing, developing and motivating a multicultural work force. - Computer knowledge is highly needed (Excel, Word and Power Point)
