Key Duties/Responsibilities: - Direct management of field services team, accountable to provide effective and efficient technician coverage. - Responsible for providing ever improving 1st time fix percentage, through analysis of data and clear resolution plans for under performing technicians. - Regularly visit and evaluate field technicians against expected performance standards, setting clear personal improvement goals and corrective action as necessary. - Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to facilitate effective monitoring, control and support of field services. - Drives field service improvement and provides necessary feedback and appropriate training in order to develop field services team.
