Administrative Assistant (Lahore) Posted: Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), a premier institution known for its academic excellence, requires committed and competent individuals for the following positions: Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: - Working as the communication hub for the office assuring that requests for information are handled promptly; - Taking notes and preparing minutes of departmental meetings, and assuring that these minutes are distributed, approved and recorded; - Handling all written and telephonic communications in and out of the office; - Managing all communications equipment and assuring that they are in working order and operating as intended; and - Establishing and maintaining proper records and files of correspondence, meetings and reports.
