| Posted: WANTED BY A WELL-ESTABLISHED COMPANY IN RIYADH A SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR Candidate should have: - A degree in Computer or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in System Administration. - Advanced knowledge of Hardware & networking -including VPN and Wi-Fi - upgrades and trouble shooting of Windows NT, Windows Server 2000/2003/2008, Windows XP Pro., UNIX / Linux & Web application Servers. - Advanced database administration skills including backups/restores, security, monitoring DB performance, running SQL scripts to monitor the system and modify tables when required. - Knowledge of MySQL server administration and troubleshooting highly desirable. - Programming skills in Visual Studio. Net, SQL Server / Oracle and other Client/Server database packages will be added advantage - Should have strong knowledge in Website, IIS configuration, Plesk Control Panel, etc. - Should have a strong technical aptitude and ability to research & solve complex issues independently.
