Automotive CNG System Developer (Karachi)

DEPARTMENT: Technical REPORTING TO: Manager Technical SALARY RANGE: Rs. 15,000 to Rs 25,000 QUALIFICATION: DAE (Mechanical) EXPERIENCE: 4 years related experience on CNG vehicle conversion. Experience in automotive field will be considered a plus. Basic knowledge of electronics is necessary. SKILLS REQUIRED: - Good knowledge of English, additional languages are considered a plus. - Ability to read and understand technical documents, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. - Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. - Skills in MS Excel, Power Point and Word RESPONSIBILITIES: - The Automotive CNG System Developer is responsible for conversion of cars with petrol engine in to CNG, both for OEM and After Market customers. - Able to work in a team and with good relation ability with customers. A solid technical knowledge and a previous experience in automotive is mandatory. Must be available to travel for short business trips all around Pakistan. - Analyze technical documents and technical specifications from customers. - Read technical manuals. Understand mechanical drawings. - Evaluate vehicle and CNG system performance. - Will be responsible for the performance of the vehicle. - Coordinates the activity of the workshop team: CNG conversion, problem analysis, vehicle repair.
