| Off Shore Payroll Manager (Karachi) Posted: Key Responsibilities: - Carryout activities related to Payroll, Organization Development and HR Policies & Procedure - Ensure timely induction of staff - Initiate & supervise Performance Appraisal - Develop and supervise automated financial processes to interpret, update and provide information about assigned funds. - Organize and prepare payroll related documents, including pay invoices, stop payments and worker's compensation checks. - Arrange trainings, workshops, seminars and workshops for skill up-gradation of employees. - Manage all grievances and full & final settlements according to company policies and procedures.
