| HR Manager/Employee Taxation Specialist (Islamabad) Posted: - Process of employee payroll every month - Communicate effectively with customers with respect to HR BPO services - A proactive approach towards solving HR related issues - Employee Salary Tax calculation - Facilitation of NTN numbers for Taxable employees - Process of salary slips for employee - Responsible for recruitment and selection of technical staff at all levels - Sound Knowledge of Employee Labor Laws of Pakistan - Ensure the processing of new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely - Critically review and analyze current payroll, benefits and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operation - Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports - 2-3 years of experience with payroll work - 2-3 year Experience with the taxation - Ability to work effectively with senior-level staff - Possession of excellent oral and written communication skill - Ability to manage and lead staff to excellent performance - Must be a team player - Must be highly organized
