Posted: SALES MANAGER (INDIAN) REQUIRED FOR QATAR JOB DESCRIPTION - Efficient principal management from different regions & for different brands. - Preparing yearly financial budget proposal for BTL activities for all the brands and negotiating with principals to get this budget. - Effective reporting to different principals across the region as per their demand and brand policy. - Advance sales budget planning & sales forecasting by channels, categories, SKUs and months for all the brands individually. - Identifying, developing and evaluating marketing strategies based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, cost & markup factors and pricing policies for retailers and consumers. - Properly developing & implementing the brand strategies by category and channel. - Coordinating with retailers along with unit sales managers to finalize annual contracts for visibility rebates and promotions for the win-win support to the trade. - Coordinating with sales teams from all channels, discussing targets & achievement and scheduled promotional plan execution, competitor's activities, etc. - Monitoring the alignment of brand programs & initiatives with the relevant brand strategy. - Aligning with MEMRB & IML in coordination with principals for getting the retail market shares, price positioning & products availability report and sharing the same with all sales division in order to meet targets market share for all above brands in Qatar market. - Developing and implementing the consumer promotions, visibility plan, planning for new product launching, tasting campaigns, sponsorships, internal sales competitions, POS implementation, and hypermarket events in coordination with retailers by channels and categories on quarterly basis for all above brands and discussing the mechanisms of promotional campaigns separately with each channel unit sales managers. - Coordinating with marketing agencies for all POS (development, printing & implementation). - Meeting net profitability objectives of brand with targeted volume, keeping expenses within budget & pricing. - Reinforcing brand awareness & visibility, POP activities, space management. - Ensuring brand availability / stock levels, addressing product quality issues, etc. - Reporting to the CEO. Minimum experience: 10-15 years hands-on experience in FMCG - food segment with reputable brands in GCC region. Age group preferred: 32-45 years.
