Strong computer and communication skills. Experience: Min. 10 years experience in construction industry out of which 7 years in tendering. Middle East experience preferred especially Saudi Arabia and Qatar Job Profile: Candidates shall be conversant in preparing E&I EPIC technical and commercial proposals for the oil and gas, utility and industrial sectors; able to work with minimum supervision.
