Posted: JOB DESCRIPTION AND DAILY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES. - Various types of executive reporting on Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly and annual basis. - Maintaining daily petty cash. - Conducting monthly Stock Taking. - Correspondence and Liaison with various banks. - Preparing Monthly P/L Statements. - Maintaining Cash inflow statements. - Maintenance of all receivable accounts, future receivable projections and estimation of future payments. - Extracting and interpreting information from accounting records, for onward reporting to the Directors. - Prepare and dispatch Commercial invoices and manage allocation of due payments. - Maintenance of invoicing system and receivable accounts in trial balance through QUICK BOOK Accounting software. - Reconcile receivables, tracking details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. - Checking and Verifying the accuracy of financial transactions in Ledgers and Trial balances. - Prepare regular payment schedules, provide time based fund inflow statement to Directors. - Preparing and submitting monthly Sales tax returns to Tax Department. - Managing all accounting internal controls systems. - Managing book keeping, daily entries into books of accounts, postings in ledgers etc. - Command on QUICK BOOK accounting software will be preferred. |
