ESTIMATOR/ CIVIL ENGINEER Your responsibilities: - Preparation and pricing/estimation of tenders.- Analyzing tender documents, instruction to bidders and the scope of works. - Studying the design drawings, Client's requirements and specifications. - Transmit and follow-up request for information/clarification to the Client/Consultant. - Coordinate the scope of works of the various trades/subcontractors (Finishing's. Facades, Mechanical, Electrical, etc...). - Study offers from sub-contractors. - Ensuring that the tenders are prepared as per the specification requirements and reflect the determined methodology of execution. - Prepare pre-tender and post-tender meetings.
