Posted: A well-established company in Dubai dealing in IT, office automation and consumer electronic products and holding franchises of many prestigious brands is seeking candidates for the following positions: PURCHASING ASSISTANT - Qualification: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. - Minimum 2-3 years experience of working in a Purchasing Department or similar functions. - Knowledge of purchase requisitions, preparing purchase orders and pro forma invoices. - Must have excellent command of Microsoft data entry, working on Excel. - Knowledge of all modes of payments to vendors, especially work related to opening Letters of Credit. - Understanding of shipping documentation (import and export) and clearing and forwarding systems is a plus. - Good communication skills and be able to correspond independently. - Must be a hard worker, willing to work within a team, and able to work with less supervision. - Age below 35 years.
