Our European flooring division Armstrong DLW GmbH is seeking to appoint two Area Sales Managers, one for Saudi Arabia and the other for Dubai to support our continued growth in all segments of the commercial resilient flooring market in the Middle East region. JOB DESCRIPTION AREA SALES MANAGERS - RIYADH & DUBAI Based in Riyadh and Dubai respectively, the job profile would include and not be limited to promoting and managing the commercial flooring business in the designated areas to achieve Armstrong floor product sales goals and attain profitable market growth and share across the MEA region - - To drive product specifications in their areas with regional architects and consultants and liaise with AFP offices worldwide for internationally originated specifications. - Local project management and specifications with ministries and to maintain strong relationships with local and international contractors. - Coordinate with the local dealer network and appraise them with product and training needs as required. - Regular review with the Regional Manager based in the Dubai office to report goals and activities in the market to ensure business opportunities are maximized. - Communicate within the organization and external customers to ensure understanding and conformance to defined business policies and practices. A self-starter with a University Degree and at least 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills are a must. Arabic language would be an added advantage.

A leading language Institute in Riyadh is looking to recruit (Part Time) Male English Language Instructors (Evening courses) from Canada, USA, UK or Australia with the following minimum standards. - Bachelor of Arts in English Or ESL. - Three years teaching experience in adult education. - Two(2) of which shall be in English as a second language (EFL/ESL) and/or English for specific purposes(ESP). - Demonstrate teaching skills,abilities and practices based on well established training procedures and methodologies. - Experience in PREP. Years for Universities. - Demonstrate a good knowledge of computer language lab operation and programs implementation. - Demonstrate a good knowledge of computer operating systems-proficient and skilled user. - Holder of (CELTA or Any teaching certificates)
