Job Description:
We are a US based online design firm with offices in US, Pakistan and Mexico; and are looking to recruit a proven Customer Relationship Consultant to join a growing and successful contact center at our Karachi office. The center is the single point of contact for Designers and Customers with queries related to the services provided.
Reporting to the senior management, the position holder will be responsible to carry out designers related activities for our online design website. The position will assist in developing communication strategies, plans and objectives and making policies and procedures for designers community. In addition to above responsibilities he/she will further responsible for the following.
Develop and manage effective primary relationships with designers through frequent contact, including proactive phone calls, responsive communication and problem resolution. The position will also be responsible to educate the community with latest industry standards and conduct online web seminars, communicate with the community to improve standards and the entire business process. The position will also act as liaison between customer and designer to initiate plan improvement and resolve issues. Work with marketing team to develop online training seminars, blog contents and promote company on online social networks to help us become a trusted and expert source of design.
This is a career oriented position with salary scale from 50K to 60K depending upon experience.
Skills Required:
Must have similar experience in a service center environment.
Must be able to demonstrate how you have inspired and developed teams in previous roles
Must be able to build and maintain strong relationship with the client/designer.
Great people skills. Excellent communication skills. Personable & Confident.
Strategic thinker.
Some level of toughness to maintain standards for our design community.
Leadership skills
Excellent English speaking and professional English writing skills are mandatory.
Neutral accent is preferred.
Please note that experience of design industry is NOT a mandatory requirement and will not be part of the evaluation.
Please note that this is a 3rd shift job starting from 0600pm to 0200am. Pick and Drop facility will be provided
