University of Bahrain announces a vacancy, for posts in the College of Applied Studies:
1- Lecturer/Instructor in Office Management
Specialization: Office Management/Public Management/related Specialization
2- Lecturer/Instructor in Commercial Studies
Specialization: Commercial Studies/Finance/ Accounting/related Specialization
3- Lecturer/Instructor in Technical Program
Specialization: Computer Science/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/related Specialization
Requirements:
- Requirements for Instructors: Masters from a University recognized by the University of Bahrain in the required specialization.
- Requirements for Lecturers: Masters from a University recognized by the University of Bahrain in the required specialization with at least 4 years experience in University teaching in the required specialization.
- Ability to work in a team and adjust to different cultures and the institutional environment in order to reach common goals.
- Ability to interact with students, colleagues, supervisors and university personnel and act with loyalty and sincerity to the nation and the university.
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter of specialization and the ability to correctly explain and deliver information to students.
- Strong communication skills in English (English is the adopted teaching language) both written and spoken and the ability to prepare and plan desired teaching courses and curriculums in order to reach the specified goals for each courses and fulfill the needs of the students.
- Ability to manage and encourage the students and stimulate self - learning and participation
