Mechanical Engineering minimum 15 to 20 years experience in a similar role and should be able to manage a workforce of 2,500 on offshore gas plants. The successful candidates must have a proven track record in Turnaround or Shutdown projects. Must have understanding & practical experience of gas plant/oil refinery equipment maintenance & Turnaround planning.
