Participatory Development Initiatives [PDI] is a nongovernmental organization working in Sindh and Balochistan provinces of Pakistan. PDI needs following staff:
Manager, Human Resources [HR]
Qualification: MBA [HR]
Experience: At least three years working experience in any international or national organization
Key Job Related TORs
· Maintain all document of personal file related like appointment letter, joining report, employee fact sheet, training, promotion, transfer, warning letter, disciplinary procedures, payments, performance appraisal, final settlement, termination etc
· Manage short listing and interviewing of new staff and issuance of their appointment letters etc
· Prepare the Job descriptions with consultation of related head of department.
· Arranging exit interviews and handled employee final settlement.
· Conducted new employee orientation with the consultation of HOD.
· Maintain personal files of PDI Staff [Head Office and Regional Offices] and made them up-to-date.
· Receive the daily attendance update from all PDI offices and send update to Manager Programs and Executive Director
· Prepare the monthly attendance sheets of PDI Staff.
· Enter the attendance of all staff on Payroll and submitted to PDI Finance Section
· Receive the Employee Attendance Card from all employees and kept in record.
· Provide support to the HR / Admin Assistants in the Regional Offices with regard to the HR related process and Records
