| Finance Supervisor (Saudi Arabia) Posted: One of the leading company in Saudi Arabia engaged in Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Mining, Power and Water industry since 1985, is looking for qualified and experienced Professionals to fill some of the key positions. Finance Supervisor (ADM 27634) Responsibilities and Duties: Organize and manage the routine work activities in the accounts department, ensuring efficient and accurate operations, Assist in compiling information for preparing various reports for the department including, but not limited to grant reporting, Assist Superiors in preparing new budget, amended budgets and analyses of special Revenue fund, Work with auditors on preparing the annual audit, Ensure all purchases have been approved by concerned heads and are included in the annual budget. Approve all invoices for payment and ensure accuracy of the final payments. Ensure confidentiality when required, Keep informed of and comply with all regulations concerning primary job functions. Candidate must have 8 to 10 years of experience with minimum Bachelor in Commerce or any relevant qualification.
