Human Resource Manager (UAE)

We invite applications for the above mentioned position.The incumbent will be a dynamic a energetic person, in mid 30s, with minimum 5-7 years of GCC experience, preferably in UAE, and meeting the following criteria: - Development, implementation and management of key HR processes, includ recruitment and selections, rewards and benefits, training and development, talent management, employee relations. - Attendance and payroll management, control compensation and benefits, performance management. - Be a focal point between management and employees on various personnel issues. - Must have full knowledge of the UAE, preferably the GCC, labour law and immigration regulations. - Oversee all central admin-related functions such as new visas and renewals, timely process and/or renewal of company leases and trade licenses; staff accommodation issues and EHS matters. - UAE driving license, fluency in English and high degree of computer literacy mandatory.
