| Human Resources Manager (Islamabad) Posted: A non-profit international humanitarian organization is seeking applications from potential candidates f or the following position: Human Resources Manager - based in Islamabad Responsibilities/Duties: The HR manager will ensure that the Organization personnel policies, practices and compensation packages enable organization to attract and retain the best team possible; and to guarantee the highest standards of compliance are maintained in accordance with the policies & procedures, He/she will be responsible to develop, implement & administer department goals and objectives; evaluate departmental performance in relation to established goals and objectives. He/She should remain updated about current and changing HR related policies & best practices to ensure that current and future personnel policies, employment practices are within the limits of established standards, procedures, policies and guidelines of the Organization as well as National laws. He/She should administer effective human resource programs including recruitment, orientation, performance management, training and development and payroll management. Qualifications & Experience: This position requires a Masters degree in Business Administration (majors in Human Resources will be preferred), with 4-5 years of human resources management experience. Demonstrated familiarity with relevant national labor laws and regulations and successful experience with administration of benefits plan is necessary. Fluency in English verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, organizational, prioritization skills are necessary.
