A leading property development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain has an immediate opportunity for the following position: ASSISTANCE LEASING MANAGER: Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent - Minimum of 4 years work experience within the real estate leasing industry - Strong negotiation, analytical skills and with good interpersonal skills - Excellent communication, writing and computer skills - Arab or Western nationality - Valid GCC driving license Responsibilities: - Responsible for commercial and retail leasing - Deliver regular and profitable contracts in line with targets provided - Seek, plan, direct and manage all leasing leads and activities - Contribute, implement and manage leasing strategies - Remain updated on leasing trends leading to new opportunities, strategic alliances and creating a competitive advantage in the market. - Work with partners, locally, regionally and internationally - Coordinate with lawyers on leasing matters.
