Executive Assistant and Assistant Positions Provide Clerical Support and Executive Assistance to the Organization. Answer telephones and direct messages, process incoming and outgoing mail, maintain files for various functions, process invoices including necessary coding, maintain distribution lists and process regular distribution of documents as necessary, produce various forms of documentation, maintain vacation and attendance records for dedicated department(s), provide secretarial support plus, prepare and finalize details for meetings, conferences, etc. The successful candidate must have a minimum of high school diploma, secretarial/ clerk experience, strong computer and typing skills and the ability to adapt to time pressures and changing priorities.
