Job Description: GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

To co–ordinate logistics operations
Provide accurate administrative and secretarial services to the General Manager, Head of accounts, Head of project management and Head of PR & Marketing.
Operate office equipment such as telephone, scanner, computer, copy machine, fax and messaging services.
Generate delivery orders and invoices
Perform other logistics administrative duties
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities: DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES NOT LIMITED TO:

Reports to the OP&M Manager of the company
Provide accurate administrative and secretarial services to the General Manager, Head of accounts, Head of project management and Head of PR & Marketing.
Prepare and update Data Base of all clients and suppliers of the company
Prepare a proper filing system in respect to all incoming and outgoing documents related to the company.
Negotiation of LC
Plan outgoing shipment order and prepare packing lists
Overlook the necessary purchase of office stationary
Maintain a proper appointment schedule related to the General Manager, Head of accounts, Head of project management and Head of PR & Marketing.
Follow up and revert back on the day to day administration and secretarial services related to the General Manager, Head of accounts, Head of project management and Head of PR & Marketing.
Skills: EDUCATION AND SKILLS
High level Experience in executive secretarial position
High level experience in office administration services
Very well organized and pay great attention to time and self appeal
Good experience in communication
Very well computer knowledge (Microsoft outlook, word, excel, power point)
Speak English fluently
