Job Description: GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Would be responsible for operations and maintenance of audio visual projects in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of an organization.
Improve business ideas and profits
Assist in organizing the Tasks, Schedule, attendance time sheet. Overtimes, weekly reports, to all staff.
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities: Assists in Developing, planning and implementing goals and objectives for the operations and maintenance department; prepares and administers internal policies and procedures relating to departmental program activities; interprets and explains applicable rules, laws and regulations to supervisors and others.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES NOT LIMITED TO:

Reports to the Head of O& M of the company
Coordinate with the technical design coordinator the preparation of the technical design that will meet the end user requirements.
Communicate with the product suppliers and prepare purchasing orders and material requirements to the general Manager for approval
Create/monitor project team that will execute the project
Overlook the entire project management and project installation/ Testing/ Preventive Maintenance/ Weekly reports, from the start to end including subcontractors and suppliers and create solutions to resolve problems and evaluate progress
Create progress reports and communication methods internally and externally in relation to the project in addition to quality control strategy
Skills: University Graduate
5–7 years experience in contracting and project management & Operations & Maintenance of Audio Visual and security systems Projects /
High level Experience in contracting and construction project management, preferable knowledge in AV and security systems installations and project management
High level experience in project accounting and pricing structure
Well presented and self confident candidate with excellent communication skills
High level Experience in cost and budget analysis
Very well computer knowledge in MS office, MS project, and basic Auto CAD
Ability to work under pressure
Speak English and Arabic fluently
