| Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Karachi) Posted: AKHS, P invites applications for the following positions: ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES - the position (based in Karachi): The incumbent will be assisting Senior Manager, Human Resources in leading an effective workforce planning and resourcing, developing and maintaining a human resource information system. S/He will also be assisting Senior Manager, Human Resources in developing policies and procedures and effective employee relations, providing support for training and development activities across the organisation, reviewing performance management systems, inducting quality HR and developing strategic objectives of the HR department. The individual: Candidates should at least be Masters preferably in Human Resource Management having at least 3 years of relevant experience in a national or multinational organisation. The candidate should be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook) with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills along with the ability to do multitasking and work under pressure. | Head of Human Resources (Karachi) Posted: We invite applications for the following positions: Head of Human Resources, AKES, Pakistan The Head of Human Resources will assist the CEO in designing and operating the strategic human resource management policy within the long-term strategy development currently being undertaken by AKES, P. S/he will be responsible for the required modifications in the organisational structure and lead change within the organisation in relation to its employees with a particular focus on the repositioning of teachers and the teaching profession. S/he will demonstrate the strategic advantage of effective Human Resource Management (HRM) policies, tools and processes for achieving the vision of the organisation. S/he will provide strategic human resource management expertise and guidance to the CEO and the Board of AKES, P. The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree or equivalent in HRM and organisational development with at least 7 years experience in strategic HRM development and organisational change. Specialised training in employment law, compensation, organisational planning, organisation development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labour relations will be preferred. S/he should possess excellent interpersonal, persuasion, negotiation, conflict resolution and coaching/ counselling skills. Ability to function successfully in diverse cultural environments and contexts would be preferred. The position is expectect to relocate from Karachi to Islamabad in the near future.
